When you place an order, reserve a Founding Pack spot, or sign up for our email list, we may collect:

— Payment information (processed securely by Shopify — we do not store card details)
— Order history and product preferences
— Your dog's profile information (name, breed, age, weight) if provided for the Founding Pack
— Device, browser, and basic usage data when you visit our website
How We Use It

— To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates)
— To send marketing emails — only with your explicit consent, and only until you unsubscribe
— To improve our products and website
— To comply with legal obligations
Email Marketing & CASL
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send you marketing emails if you have explicitly consented to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing info@trulypetco.com.

We share your information only with the parties necessary to operate our business:
— Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which processes payments and stores order data
— Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
